@andrempmattos the solution i found until now was to make the PC104 two separate components, here is a example on the flatsat-platform schematic:
The only incovinence is that both connectors need to be manually positioned to obey the 2.54mm pitch distance, but if we could already do this inside the project templates this will not be a problem.
