Adds styling to Hero. Adds data.json file to contain data for text-based components like SmallCard. Integrates existing components into Homepage to match wireframe more closely. Adds Routes to App.

Left comments in a few components as I went along, indicating changes/improvements to integrate.

Some spacing in small screen sizes and large screen sizes still seems off
Also added a subtle animation for the hero image which plays on the Hero component render
