Support for AWS SSM connections #13

The AWS SSM connection requires an additional plugin:

It would be great to get that plugin included in the AWS runner image.

We published our fork based on #14 to zenput/spacelift-runner-ansible-aws-ssm:latest and it is, indeed, working very well.
