Custom Hotbar Support #26

Detect if Custom Hotbar is installed. if it is, and the setting for the custom hotbar swould conflict with the default position of the Card Hotbar, raise the Card Hotbar's initial starting location.

Will be closed with 1.4.4.

Note: if you already have both modules installed before the fix, set the Card Support Y Position flag to "116" to duplicate what this fix does. You can freely move both the Card Support player hand and the Custom Hotbar module itself around using the User Settings of each (the bottom of the two buttons).
