fix draw to player hand face down #31

Face down draw to hand is not working in 1.4.4 and 1.4.5. Looks like Spaceman's fix to my fix unfixed it... will try to get the two code changes to coexist a bit better.

Spaceman fixed the underlying issue causing this as part of 1.4.6.
