Add option to disable sample/default deck #44

The deck of playing cards that is added automatically cannot be disabled, and is always re-added even if deleted manually from a World's files. This represents needless bandwidth usage and additional download times. Adding an option to disable this is the obvious solution, it should be disabled by default.
