Make the SDF "back" option a global setting for the file #47

Can we please have the: - (optional) back: image path for the back of the card made as a global setting of the file? Typically every card of the set is going to have the same back, and it is a waste of space to have to put the line on every item of a deck. Maybe allow for specification of the option on a card to override the parent variable?
