Potential Forge incompatibility: "Uncaught (in promise) Directory Decks does not exist" #8

User Kristian Serrano#5077 is reporting a case where this error message displays on load/refresh everytime, The Decks directory does in fact exist, but the Sample54CardDeck has 0 cards and other decks are not loading properly either.

I suspect that it has something to do with deck import and The Forge file structure.

Confirmed fixed in 1.3.3.
