I tried to adapt your code with the new ams libs with some trial and error. At least the console boots to home screen and games, and the L under the WiFi symbol (when creating Wireless rooms) doesn't appear but I haven't tested it any further.
The ICommunicationInterface is now ICommunicationService and there are new 3 classes made with the new templates from ams-libs for each IServiceObject class.
Maybe it's better to rename my implementations (or commit's messages) with better fitting names (and better English too)
