ldn_mitm is crashing Atmosphere 0.18.x when a title installer is run

• I acknowledge this is a very weird bug, however, I narrowed it down to ldn_mitm by installing a single one of my modules at a time and it only happened when ldn_mitm is installed.

After updating to AMS 0.18.x (happens on both 0 and 1), trying to run a title installer makes AMS crash attributing a panic event to the now deprecated sm extension. Turning ln_mitm OFF using the nro DOES NOT solve the issue. Completely removing it from the system solves it. It happens with Tinleaf, Goldleaf and TinWoo (I only tested those three, could possibly happen to other title installers), all of which come with libusbhsfs. Let me know if I can get you any useful logs.

How to reproduce it: Clean install of AMS 0.18.x, install ldn_mitm, run one of the abovementioned title installers.

The issue has become intermittent, still happening with Awoo or Tinleaf resulting in a panic Program ID: 0100000000000004 Error Desc: std::abort() called (0xffe)

This behavior was observed without MissionControl or any module other than ldn_mitm being present.

Issue has been resolved with AMS 0.19 and ldn 1.8.0
