Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I would like to search for contacts I've sent tokens to earlier

Describe the solution you'd like This feature will allow the user to search for payees (people who got paid from the wallet). Recent payees or with a friendly name.

Cross-platform components should be put in a shared folder

Please add link to desktop mock for this feature if we got it (and same for any other UI issue). The mocks we have are all hosted here: https://github.com/spacemeshos/app/tree/master/design/resources/mocks2.0
