Build basic App UI #21

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a developer, I would like to have the UI layout, style guides setup.

Describe the solution you'd like This will allow all developers working on this project to work in a consistent manner.

This task involves building the core app UI - the main menu, the header and the main view. The goal of this task is to provide an example of how to build responsive cosmic/universal design for the app so developers working on additional screens and flows will be able to refer to it.

Additional context

Cross-platform UI components should be put in a shared folder so they can be used in other screens.

No, this is for the app we are building. Cosmic is a seed (boilerplate) anyone can use.

The delivery this task is to have a basic working UI on all supported platform with responsive design and home screen display.

My process: 1) quickly, yet thoroughly, organize the notes of as many items to be completed as possible 2) create a design for all of the components 3) code each component with unit tests 4) keep everything well documented
