Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I want to name or rename my account

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. A user accesses an account
  2. A User specify to name the account and inputs the new unique account name
  3. Account is renamed in the wallet's data file

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context Cross-platform components should be put in a shared folder
