Create additional accounts in a wallet #36

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I want to create additional accounts inside my wallet

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. A User accesses the wallet
  2. A User specify to add a new account in an open wallet
  3. A User is prompted to name the new account
  4. The new account is added to the wallet (data file and app ui)
