UI Component: Name or rename a wallet #37

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a user, I want to name or rename any of my wallets

Describe the solution you'd like

  1. User selects to name a wallet and enters new name
  2. Wallet name is updated in the app and in the wallet's data file
