Fix compatibility issues #21

Fix latest compatibility issues which prevented the network from running properly.

More logs fixes will be applied in a later PR.
CLI Wallet doesn't work well on docker container at the moment - will be fixed later if needed.

you should check with @noamnelke as he is now changing certain print lines that the local testnet rely on. also, what about @ilans infra, shouldn't we sue that instead now?

Many of the logs are out-of-date - this PR was just about fixing the network setup.
