Improve node status

Currently node does not expose enough status information when smeshing (but not only limited to smashing)

To increase the user experience we should expose more data in status.

We should at least expose:

• what node is currently doing
  • post init
  • generating PoST proof
  • waiting to submit to poet
  • creating ballot / proposal
• we should also somehow expose what's next on the agenda
  • ie node will start generating proof in 3h from now
  • node will submit proof in 10h from now
  • expected rewards by xyz
  • etc.

Having that information and being able to inform user what's happening would heavily increase UX.

Then Smapp could based on these statuses inform user for example:

• expect higher CPU load from 1500Z to 2000Z
• expect bigger memory consumption from 2100Z to 2200Z
• please keep your node online during this and that (ie during cycle_gap)

besides that, we should also include the following:

• node is participating in hare round

Another partially confusing topic is the verified layer. @dshulyak stated that we might want to delete it and put applied layer and level of confidence instead.

Today during a short discussion with @dshulyak he mentioned that we could get eligibility per layer in the node context rather easily. That should be considered too.
