Inspired by Ethereum's EIP-1559 and by a chat with @avive and @tomerafek today on this topic. We should understand this proposal and the other proposals that have emerged in Ethereum and how they may or may not be relevant to Spacemesh, as we consider a future where mesh space becomes scarcer.
