Remove cors-anywhere from dependencies #31

Now we have at least two public APIs + go-spacemesh has --grpc-cors-allowed-origins flag to specify allowed origins. Therefore we don't need cors-anywhere anymore.

It also solves https://github.com/spacemeshos/smapp-lite/security/dependabot/1
