Can't Sync my Node - Error #1728

Your help is much appreciated. After I transferred my drive to my new PC and installed a new smapp, I can't get through the syncing process. I received errors while syncing my node. spacemesh-log-7c8cef2b.txt

Please help me resolve this. I'm not that techy guy.

now my smapp is synced to the network but my wallet ballance is empty. I checked on the SMH network, it's there.

why is it?
