Implement some data downloaders for key datasets with demo notebooks.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe FSI is a part of the SoLO download?

Going off this, We know this ITI model is going from FSI, to AIA.

AIA -> SDO data at wavelength 304nm

FSI -> SOLO data at wavelength 304nm (I think)

I don't know where this data config leads, but the only other data download of 304nm is also from SoLO, here.

So I think on the existing branch, we are already grabbing this SoLO / FSI data.
