Add demo model weights and datasets. #9

Need some demo (publicly available) datasets that we can use to a) test the preprocessing functions and b) have the users explore within the notebooks, and c) run some example validation scripts.

The dataset is ready for testing the pre-processing steps. I added the download to the read me.
