#13 Prizebooster #27

Here is the prize booster section with blue ribbons on the left and right side of the prize booster header. The sponsors who actually gave the prize boosters still need the blue ribbons underneath their logos.

I wish the lines didn't overlap the ribbons when the screen is small, but she'll do for now! Thanks!

I know! I was trying to avoid that but all my other approaches overrode the code that compressed the lines hence looking like this:

I was hoping this PR would serve as a starting point for someone more knowledgable to repair it.

I took a quick look at fixing it and realized it was going to take some effort, thus... ship it!
