The entire prize section has three picture frames around them and I believe the look nice on a mobile device. The Opera mobile emulator wouldn't connect properly to the internet on my end so I used the following website,

I faded the "Sign-Up" button in the center and matched the color html to the rest of the page so it didn't stand out as much.
