Jesus Christ my old code sucked.

Completely refactors the PDN DMI FileType plugin to remove useless code and bring it up to the latest PDN plugin standards.

Why It's Good For The Game

No longer will I have sleepless nights just thinking about that awful demon awaiting me in the tools directory.
