Move the Main/Test net switcher to top right corner #44

Currently, we have the switcher in the top center and it's not reflecting that the top menus also cover the particular chain. To provide a better user experience, we can move the Chain switcher to the top right corner so to provide the impression that the top menus cover the selected chain.

Move the Main/Test net switcher to top right corner is Completed and User Experience is improved.
