Analysis with custom cost is incorrect #12

After running an analysis with the default cost (metres) and then with custom cost, using a column that has been populated with the network segment's metric length, the results are very different in some cases. The results should be identical because theoretically the same cost is being used.

I've deactivated this option in the GUI for now, until we figure it out.
