Vega mags #148

When computing Vega magnitudes, STIPS appears to use a coefficient of 2.512 on the logarithm. Should that just be 2.5 by definition?

It probably should be, yes.

This is fixed in psf_dev, and will reach the main repository with 2.0.0.
