Update to ACS Notebooks #15

Edited to follow DSMO guidelines. Saturation Trail notebook added.

Per discussion with @molaes-stsci , I'm going to merge these now for inclusion in the STAN and to make sure they are accessible by interested parties at AAS. When we move them to the common STScI notebooks repository (likely 1-2 weeks post-AAS) I will go through any changes that need to be made to support their framework. The README.md file will serve as a redirect notice at that point.

I will update the README.md file to include the current suite of notebooks after I merge this.
