cube operations should let the user name the output #569

Currently Cube Operations from the specviz menu doesn't let the user name the component for the result. For the fit spaxels option, the output ends up with the same name as the input, which is very confusing.

We will have to see if this is a specviz issue or really is a cubeviz issue. If specviz we should open a specviz issue and link back here.
