Added noetbooks and catalogs #99

Related to https://jira.stsci.edu/browse/JDAT-289. There are three notebooks;

  1. notebook_1a_nis, for NIRISS WFSS and direct image simulation
  2. notebook_1b_nrcb, for NIRCam image simulation
  3. notebook_2a_reduction, for reduction of these simulated images
