Updated LeoVetter to implement Michelle's code. Updated centroid plotting to fix bugs with displaying multiple figures. Updated utils.get_tce() to show which catalog it pulled from. Updated testing files to reflect new parameter names. Added new directories for improved Jupyter notebook tutorials.
