Example First Test - Draft #9

I wrote a first test to help define how the package should be designed. It is for one test called LPP which returns two values and an array. It also generates one plot.

Let's use this to discuss if this is a good starting point.

Hmm. Actually the CI didn't kick off at all. SO maybe it is not pytest or the filename, but rather something wrong with GitHub Actions, which we have no control over (GitHub Status says yellow).
