Test refreshing $PATH after installing hstcal #272

Added line to refresh bash cache of binaries in $PATH after conda installation of hstcal. Minor edit to notebook to force CI reprocessing.

Now getting a later error! I think this fixes the hstcal binary issue with finding cs0.e.
