I am checking to see if updating the dask dependency will resolve the CI issues (which don't seem to be related to dask though)

@mgough-970, it seems that the CI does not run actions related to this notebook when there are no associated notebooks present in the PR. I understand that this is an area of ongoing improvement. As a workaround, @gsanand, you can make a small edit to your notebook, such as adding a space to one of the markdowns, which should trigger the necessary actions by the CI. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to improve this process.
