Hello @dulude, I have noticed that the branches related to ACS have altered the requirements.txt for the COS and Drizzle notebooks. Could you clarify why these are not self-contained? Thanks

HEy @haticekaratay, the script that creates the main top-level requirements.txt file pulls info from all the notebook-level requirements.txt files and I think when it does this, it also updates the packages listed in the notebook-level files to their latest version.
