Update description of background subtraction and interp parameter #53

Gives some more detail and example about how to run local/global/no background subtraction in the relevant parts of section 3, and corrects the specification of the interp parameter throughout.

Is there a way you can restart the doc build? can't see why it's failing...

99% sure it's unrelated, it's that fatal: reference is not a tree error that's been popping up in various projects today. Seems to be something to do with the build checking out the code incorrectly.

Apparently this was a Github outage that has been resolved. I think we can safely merge without kicking it off again. Although, if I need to make another update we could see it build.
