Streamlining basic IR workflow and change example data to G102 #56

Changes to workflow ensure that the user, after downloading all example data and conf files from Box, should be able to run through the notebook without stopping. Updated relevant links and changed example data to G102. Also changed some plotting commands to produce nicer results.

I just did a quick review to test the permissions and looks like the merge button appears! yay!
