This PR is for the addition of a new UVIS subarray cookbook. This includes the .ipynb file, the corresponding .html file, and readme. I have also made minor edits to the UVIS full frame notebook such as including the check_wcs function as well as some minor edits. I've re-uploaded both the full frame .ipynb file, and the corresponding .html file.
