Small changes to the way we call drizzle. I also added the call to CRDS bestref so external users will have reference files downloaded. I also removed the talk about UVIS1 and UVIS2 ZPs and pivot wavelengths since everything is calibrated off of UVIS1 and only values for UVIS1 should be used.
