Remove deprecated notebooks #225

This pull request removes notebooks that were not rendered on GitHub Pages for a while now, as being out-of-date.

The following notebooks have been removed: -old MOS notebook -optimal extraction dynamic -the three pre-imaging -the three ami notebooks -SOSS transit -redshift with cross-correlation
