When user runs jdaviz from command line interface (CLI), say, like this:
jdaviz imviz myimage.fits
User will immediately see the next prompt without any message. In the background, a new browser tab silently pops up and takes a few seconds to load the GUI. Sometimes, if something fails, GUI shows a blank browser page pointing to localhost:<port> without any useful feedback.
We should at least document all this somewhere so user knows what to expect, or print a semi-helpful message to the terminal with expectations, e.g., "jdaviz is loading, check browser tab" or something like that.
