[BUG] Cubeviz: Moment 1 reports wrong flux unit #1502

Workflow to reproduce:

  1. Run Cubeviz example notebook.
  2. Use Moment Map plugin to create a Moment 1 image.
  3. Display the image.
  4. Mouse over it.
  5. See that pixel value is in the unit of meter (wavelength) instead of flux unit.

p.s. Maybe this is related to the axis swapping that @rosteen did.
