Allow marking groups of data at once #1374

Issue JWQL-141 was created on JIRA by Bryan Hilbert:

It would be nice to be able to mark a set of results, like all exposures in an observation, or all current query results, as ‘Viewed’ or with a particular anomaly flag. There’s no mechanism to do that now: it would require clicking on every exposure within the data set to mark each one individually. This will save users significant time in cases where anomalies span multiple exposures.

Currently, we can flag all files in an exposure with a given anomaly, or as Viewed.
