Copy monitor outputs to new central store output dir

Issue JWQL-154 was created on JIRA by Bryan Hilbert:

Once the work in JWQL-153 is complete and updates have been made to support the new monitor "working" and "output" directories, there will need to be some manual work to get the servers set up for the change.

• We'll need to copy the monitor outputs from the current "output" directories (internal to each server) into the new outputs directories on the central store.
• config files on the servers will need to be updated to set the output directory to the new directory on the central store. An entry for the new "working" directory will also have to be added
• The servers will then need to be restarted
