Deprecating DO_NOT_USE notebook for SOSS #16

Hi everyone,

As of a few weeks ago, most of the DO_NOT_USE problems have been solved for SOSS. Writing this PR to deprecate the notebook I wrote to showcase a workaround for this, as everything is working back to normal again:

@Rplesha the deprecation workflow is written out in the readme of this repo, as long as you can check off all the items, then the notebook will stay here for the next 3 months or so, then we can delete the notebook.

@drlaw1558 should make sure the fix is updated in JDOX as well

This has been deprecated in JDox already, though I've updated the note slightly.
