NIRSpec IFU demo notebooks #8

This PR includes 3 notebooks containing end-to-end demonstrations of NIRSpec IFU data reduction, including workarounds for recently mitigated pipeline and data product issues. Issues addressed include excessive NaNs in rate files and overly aggressive outlier rejection.
