Add new read pattern to schema #8662

Issue JP-3693 was created on JIRA by Tyler Pauly:

NIRCam plans to add two new options to their read patterns; both are named MEDIUM-DEEP though there is a choice on frame grouping.

We need to add this read pattern name to our schemas to support this effort, in tandem with SDP adding this to the keyword dictionary.

EDIT: I filed this ticket with an incorrect new string, the correct new entries are "MEDIUMDEEP2" and "MEDIUMDEEP8".

It looks to me like no new reference files will be needed for the new readout patterns.

Katie Kaleida -(at least I think it was you) mentioned something in our sprint planning meeting about this ticket, that perhaps NIRCam wants something different than this ticket.  Can anyone confirm that this readout mode has the desired name?  See this stdatamodels PR that is ready to merge: https://github.com/spacetelescope/stdatamodels/pull/315]-  Please disregard - Tyler has given me updated information
