For JSOCINT-192 "Add HFF/IRS2TA Option for NIRSpec MSATA Target Acquisitions", DMS needs to add a header keyword to indicate if the new hybrid readout mode was used for a NIRSpec MSA target acquisition. Recommend calling the header keyword something like "hybrid_full_frame", and the possible values of the header keyword will be Y/N (see PPSDB-92145).
