@stscieisenhamer @alphasentaurii what version is needed here? Also, it seems worth adding some description of setting CRDS_CONTEXT to jwst-latest (or whatever is recommended) for the README section describing running regression tests: https://github.com/spacetelescope/jwst?tab=readme-ov-file#regression-tests

To use the data-release-style changes, the minimum should be set to the current patch release of crds, version 12.0.3.
